GET or in app purchases

Why can’t Apple be open and honest with their wording? Why can’t they just state when its FREE or show the PRICE and use straight language like they used to? It’s evident they deliberately confuse the customer with the wording, when people have to ask what does in-app purchase mean and what does GET mean? I just clicked on GET to down-load Blur app, after reading up what would be available for free, I was led to believe that I would be able to pixelate my photo for free with BLUR, but after going round in circles I find i would have to pay a monthly subscription or a one off payment. I wouldn’t need to use this feature often, so I don’t want a subscription. It’s so obvious customers are being manoeuvred into signing up for a payment deal. PLEASE MAKE IT CLEAR AND PRECISE AS TO WHAT IS FREE AND WHAT IS TO BE PAID FOR IN LANGUAGE WE UNDERSTAND!
