canvas x draw

I'm desperately trying to find alternatives to Canvas X Draw for Mac. It is no longer compatible with my M1 MacBook Pro with Ventura when working with vector (PDF mostly) files with large amounts of data (like heat maps). Copying the files (in this case heatmaps) causes the app to hang. Are there any alternatives that someone can recommend? Many thanks!
