How do I add artist information to a playlist of MP3s?
How do I add artist information to a playlist of MP3s? I create playlists usually with one artist per playlist, but I want them to show up when I search by artist.

You can select multiple tracks, then use ctrl+i to bring up the Song Info dialog that lets you edit common metadata. Typically you would enter such details as you add items to the library and include at minimum song name, track number, album, artist, and album artist, so that tracks can be grouped into their respective albums, and will show up when you use relevant search terms.
