To confirm, this is happening with app(s) or content that has Spatial audio available? We're asking because not all apps or content is available for Spatial audio. This article has more details: Control Spatial Audio and head tracking - Apple Support
If the content or app is supported, you could see if quitting the app and restarting your MacBook Pro will help. Those steps would refresh the app and macOS and may help resolve this. If needed, the steps below show how:
"Restart your Mac
- On your Mac, choose Apple menu
> Restart.
If you don’t want app windows that are open to reopen when your Mac restarts, deselect "Reopen windows when logging back in."
