Broken phone

I brought a iPhone 13 in November - can I buy apple care and get it replaced or what are my options? It is completely broken and bent

Getting this Serviced:

No. Being "completely broken and bent" Apple will not fix this with AppleCare+. You have 14 days to purchase it. If you don't purchase it, then you are provided with a one-year, out-of-the-box limited warranty. This does not cover intentional or accidental damage. Weather, it covers phone support and defective hardware.
