Getting this Serviced:
No. Being "completely broken and bent" Apple will not fix this with AppleCare+. You have 14 days to purchase it. If you don't purchase it, then you are provided with a one-year, out-of-the-box limited warranty. This does not cover intentional or accidental damage. Weather, it covers phone support and defective hardware.

You cannot buy AppleCar+ insurance for a broken phone, even if it was within the 60 day period.
That would be insurance fraud.
Your options are to buy a new phone.
