Hi - I can't work out how to set up a MacOS Ventura shortcut that automatically sends an email to another person, when I add a video file to a specific shared folder, with the title of the file.
Is there a resource I can use to go through a step by step for something like that?

All I need now is for the email to tell my friend what the file is I've passed onto him - on his end, once synched, it gets moved, so he just needs to know what he's looking for!
Hi - tried that, but it didn't work. It also doesn't run automatically - I've been running it from within automater, but it doesn't just rub by itself - do I need to do something else there?
Hi - yes, it's the correct folder set-up. I don't think I have “Get Specified Files” set up, so that's ok?
So it's still not adding the file name to the body of the email - why would that be?

When you run in Automator, do the results pan of each action show the file?
As in, in the above screenshot - no, sorry - I have results highlighted and it's not showing anything else? Have I misunderstood what you're asking?
