Download apps on AppStore
Hello I can’t download any apps on my AppStore or upgrade the ones I already have. Is it something I can do by myself to make it work?

If you can’t download or update apps on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
If you see a message that your account is disabled in the App Store and iTunes, there is something wrong with your account that cannot be fixed at your end. Please " contact Apple Support for help.
