Annoying, Creepy "Memories" Feature

This feature is already available on iOS 16 and macOS 13 Ventura.

Is your iPhone running iOS 16?

Then you may want to disable "Settings > Photos > Recommended Content". Your iPhone will no longer show Memories and other recommended content.

On your Mac with macOS 13 Ventura disable the three checkmarks in the Photos > Settings > General: Memories section.
