back glass replacement causes boot loop

Hi,

My iPhone x was working fine and I needed to replace the broken back glass. After the heat gun and scalpel did their job, the phone got stuck on a boot loop and I tried reloading the OS but it did seem not to be a software issue.

I was told I might have overheated it and damaged the baseband. Could that be the reason it was boot-looping?

New iPhone malfunction during original setup Turned off updating ios during setup. Stuck in helli screen , after 10 minutes transferring from 12 mini. . On helli screen, swipe up flashed passcode screen then back to hello. turn off it comes back in gets way hot immediately .Hot. cant fo anything. Computer running Monterey cant mount iit. 16+ white

iPhone 16 pro max bricked during update Just received iPhone 16 pro max coming from 15 pro running 18.01. Went thru the phone to phone set up and was presented with need to upgrade 16 pro max to 18.01 before proceeding. Downloaded the update but then phone went black. Restarted phone and now it shows the splash screen before you can unlock, when I go to slide up to unlock it does nothing. I can't unlock the new phone at all and the back is getting warm. I have plugged it into my MacBook Air but it won't recognise it and have tied the volume button and power button restart but nothing is working. Im stuck on the unlock screen but can't unlock, please help

Have you tried and replaced the back glass yourself? And yes, if it has overheated this could damage and cause issues

Sorry, you’ve rendered your phone untouchable by Apple and unsupportable here.

The back glass is not replaceable on the iPhone X.

Recycle it and buy a new phone.
