Launch Daemons

My laptop was compromised last fall. I wiped it and did a restore from an external hard drive and then bought a new one. After migrating my data from the old laptop I notice there are Launch Daemons I would rather not have in the system.

I realize some of these are necessary for overall operation. One of the ones that concerns me is a Launch Daemon from TeamViewer. That was the software the hackers used (with my help, too embarrassing to go into in detail) to access my computer. I've gotten rid of the application but the Launch Daemon is still there.

Even if it's benign I'd rather get rid of it. Any advice on how to do that once and for all?

PS: I'm using Ventura OS 13.0.1

MacBook Air, macOS 13.0
