Weird icon on password screen for software update

Hello,

My device was compromised, so I did a factory reset (wiped the disk) and did a reinstall from Recovery Mode.

I'm still suspicious because the installer acted a little weird:

on region selection Germany was offered on the top, before Afghanistan, although I'm not in Germany, nor was the device bought there
clock wasn't right when installer was complete and it said that it couldn't determine my location for a while, then got normal

I'm now on Monterey (12.6.2) and want to update to Ventura. When I click "Upgrade Now" a password screen comes up that looks like this:

This icon looks suspicious, like it's coming from a plugin and not from the Mac OS.

Is this something to be concerned about?
