Windows 11 showing hidden photos in ICloud

Hi

I just upgraded to Windows 11 on a new Dell computer. When I started syncing my ICloud account, all my photos show up when I open the app. It used to be with Windows 10 that only the pictures in my library showed up, not hidden pictures. Is this new and is there a way to only sync my library? TIA

Windows, Windows 10

Hi rivrbend,

We'll be glad to provide some information on this for you. Download and view iCloud Photos on your Windows computer - Apple Support does not mention whether this is expected behavior or not. With that said, we'd recommend reaching out to Apple directly to see if this is how it is intended to work: Apple Support

We hope this helps you.

Cheers.
