iPhone not working properly, possibly ghost touch

why does my phone keep moving even though I’m not touching it?, it’ll start typing on its own, it’ll switch screens by itself and sometimes the top part half of my phone doesn’t even work, it’s barely working, I tried restarting it, cleaning it and everything, I don’t know what to do, and I don’t have money to take it into the shop.
