Apple balance
Hey … I have ₹13 balance in my apple balance and I don’t want to use it but I tried to change county but it shows that you have spent this money on something.. so please help me out

Buy something more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method for the excess amount; if you can't, use this link to ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
