Death notification of cardholder?

How do you notify Apple that a cardholder has died? Does that also notify all Apple services that the account owner has died?

Apple Card co-owner all transactions declined. I added my wife as co-owner to my Apple Card in May of 2022. Ever since, everytime she tries to use her Apple Card the transaction is decline for being over the spending limit. No limit was ever set and this was a clear technical bug. This was reported to the Goldman Sachs team, confirmed, and a case number was created. Ive since made 8 follow up calls and received 15 Apple Card email notifications that “our technical team is hard at work trying to resolve your issue” and still nothing. My wife has never been able to use her Apple Card a single time in 9+ months now. And the only option they ever suggested was closing the entire Apple Card account (which means taking a credit score hit) and stating from scratch again. What an awful experience. I wish someone at Apple would take notice of this (as it’s been reported by other users too) and get it resolved for all of us.

Apple Card “past due” notification won’t go away, how do i get rid of it? I accidentally forgot to pay my bill and I got a notification saying it was over due to be paid. I paid it immediately and now it’s still there a week later, even after many taps, an update and several restarts.

Do I have a right to know why my Apple Card account was closed? The representatives of Apple and Goldman Sachs will not tell me why my Apple Card account was closed. Please read. Here is a brief summary of the situation in which I find myself. I was an Apple Card holder. I am no longer; Apple / Goldman Sachs closed my account. I have reached out to Apple Card Support on multiple occasions following my account closure. Initially, the representatives with whom I spoke did not have the credentials to offer me any information as to my account closure. Eventually, after having my case elevated multiple times, I was informed by an Apple Card Manager at Goldman Sachs that my account was closed because of (and I quote), "there was a failure to comply with the terms of the Customer Agreement." I responded, "can you tell me what terms with which I failed to comply?" Goldman Sachs says, "sorry, no." Goldman Sachs has maintained, that all they intend to tell me is that I failed to comply with the user agreement. They will not provide me with any further elaboration. I have been an upstanding account holder: excellent credit, consistent utilization, always paid my balance on time. I can not understand how I could have possibly failed to comply with the user agreement. I want to know, and Goldman Sachs will not tell me. Why will Goldman Sachs not share this information with me? Do I have consumer rights to the information pertaining to my account closure? I believe that I do. Unless they can provide evidence that I did not uphold my end of the user agreement, Goldman Sachs' response is not satisfactory. I would very much appreciate replies from the community. Thank you.

If you mean Apple Card, notify Goldman Sachs. As for services? Generally, no.
