Access FaceTime and iMessage

Hi

I had to reset my Apple ID password for my devices and one device will not log back in to FaceTime and iMessage. I keep getting a message “cannot connect to FaceTime server”. Can anyone suggest what I can do to rectify this.

      3. Go to Settings > General > Date & Time and make sure that your time zone is set correctly.

Turn off and restart iMessage and FaceTime

      2. Go to Settings > FaceTime and turn off FaceTime.
      3. Restart your device:

4. Turn iMessage and FaceTime back on.

Still not activated after a day?
