How can I turn off predictive texting?

Go to the settings app.
go to general --> keyboard.
scroll down and turn off the toggle for Predictive.

How to turn off inline text prediction in Pages? I use the Pages app to do most of my writing. The new version has inline text prediction, and as a writer, I find it frustrating to say the least.
