Lost a lot trying to set up my new phone

Do you have a backup file, of your iPhone, created on a computer on an earlier date? If YES, then you can restore your iPhone from that backup file. If you do not have a backup created then there is nothing to restore from and therefore the present state cannot be reverted back to a previous state.
