I don't have a hotspot toolbar. What do I do? I cannot find anything related to hotspot on my iphone settings. Help.

I figured it out! Firstly, go to "mobile data", then press "mobile data network", scroll down to the personal hotspot, add an APN (your name), a username and a password then the hotspot option will appear under mobile data.

Contact your cellular carrier.
Hotspot is a carrier feature.
Your cellular plan has to support it.
