bank mobile code not working
I have a new iphone and can no longer activate the mobile code for my bank. Can anyone advise me on this issue?

Thanks Axel. I finally figured it out. Had to go into the bank app, remove my previous iphone and add my new one (even though the phone number associated with the account didn't change). Thanks again!

Did you mean that you are unable to get the verification codes sent by your bank for use with account validation? If YES, then generally, those verification codes are sent using Short Code Text Messaging. These short code text messages are received from a 5 or 6 digit phone number. This capability/feature is provided and managed by your carrier. I recommend that you contact your carrier and tell them about not receiving verification codes which may be sent over short code messaging service. Their support team should be able to address this for you and find a resolution.
