App not available in your country or region iPhone 14 Pro

I just upgraded to iPhone 14 Pro. One of my apps did not transfer over. When I try to download it from the App Store, I get the error message about my country and region. I’ve gone into settings and changed this and my payment preferences and signed back in with my Apple ID and still get the same error. Please help, thanks

If the developer is no longer offering the app in your country, then you cannot redownload the app.
