Get rid of other languages on iPhone keyboard.

I added Thai to my iPhone. I intended this to be temporary but now I can’t get rid of it. When I accidentally touch the language key (little world/globe icon at bottom left) it swaps to Thai keyboard. I’ve removed Thai in Settings > General > Language & Region. Only English appears in that menu.
