Can I use a Shortcut to access a Dropbox folder on iPad?

I have pdfs of all my Manuals in a Dropbox folder. I'd like to create an icon on my iPad to access them. A 2017 inquiry stated that there is no way to do this ... one must open Dropbox and then navigate from there. This is a problem, because I can't remember whether they are in Dropbox, Google Drive, etc. But what about Shortcuts?
