Random shutting down on MacBook Pro 16" (2019)

My MacBook Pro 16" keeps shutting down then restarting at seemingly random times. This is after a new Logic Board was put in by Apple. It received the new Logic Board because of this problem. I am also getting the "Volume Hash Mismatch detected on disk1s2 MacOS should be reinstalled on this volume" error message after a tech installed Ventura.

It seems like the first issue is another faulty Logic Board (?). The second issue may be another faulty part. Any clues?

Hi jillfromor,

We'd like to share some suggestions regarding the issues you mentioned. With a recent repair, it is likely you will need to return to the location that serviced the MacBook Pro. You can start with some troubleshooting for If your Mac restarted because of a problem which has the best available troubleshooting for issues like this, and if this does not help, we'd suggest reaching out to your location that repaired this. If this was not local and via online, you can contact Apple Support
