How to know if a subscription is canceled

I started a one year subscription on watpadd but paid 99c bcs there is a sale and the first month is 99c. When I want to cancel the subscription it goes through but it still says starting from next month the billing will be 59,99. Will I be charged for this? U like my other canceled subscription this one doesn't say "subscription ends on ...". And it says "yearly subscription, you are on a 1 month sale". Is there a way to cancel this in case it does charge me next month?
