I'm able to see and copy files onto my iPhone directories of several apps but the subfolders are not accessible. Can anyone help? I have an app that is asking to copy files from my computer to various app subdirectories.

I do not believe it can be done in the Finder. iMazing is able to transfer files & folders to iPhones & iPads. There is a limited functionality demo mode available if you want to look at it before purchasing.
