my watch froze with the apple logo in screen. Won't restart or do anything

I watch 3 froze and can not reset settings.

Try to force restart it:

Restart your Apple Watch - Apple Support

Another thing to try involves putting it on its charger:

watch is on the charger. It does charge turns and off. Now there’s a big red “!” On the stern with a webpage address underneath. I’m attaching pictures I have a video but can’t post
