“This connection is not private” errors.

I just got the iPhone 12, updated it to 16.2, and this is what’s happening. In this case I’m trying to sign into Fonedog.com, but it’s happening to all kinds of different, regular websites that I’ve used for years. And then it ends up taking me to Xfinity for some reason!! I deleted that Xfinity app and sometimes if I refresh it several times it will take me to the correct website. There are 4 screenshots
