Could be any one of multiple causes.

Else:

Eg: Guessing at a few possibilities:

( Maintenance (or a fault) by your network provider, (chat with them)

( iOS software needs updating to provider's requirements, ( " ")

( wi-fi connection not strong enough, or not suited for your needs ( " ")

modem / router causing issues, (sometimes re-starting that can help)

too many devices connected on the same wireless frequency band

or something else causing wireless interference, (see article below)
