Installation Cricut Design Space - "Invalid Path"

I have a new MacBook Pro 2022 - trying to install Cricut Design Space. After downloading and moving it to the Applications Folder I get a message on my Mac that says "Invalid path - move the app to the Applications Folder." Anyone else having this issue? Any fixes out there?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.1

cricut design space doesn't open on my mac pro I updated my 2014 Macbook pro to Mac OS Big Sur 11.7 and downloaded design space. However, I tried to open it and I get a white page saying that it can't be open and to read the article for help. I read it and tried doing the steps but no luck. There was something about Malware as well.

My Mac is unable to open files in preview I've recently encountered the problem of preview being unable to open PDF files and images. There is no error message shown. When I attempt to open a PDF file, I notice the Preview app icon bouncing on my dock, but then no window pops up. There is also the dot indicating that the app is open. If I click on the app icon, it shows me my file directory, but if I double-click on any PDF file using that directory window, nothing happens. I've already tried these but nothing helped: restarting my Mac updating to latest software deleting the Finder preferences file (.plist) Could you help me with it? Thank you very much! After you have moved the app to the Applications Folder, have you restart your MBA?

I am not a user of Cricut Design Space myself, try to submit your problem to the Cricut Help Center.

You need to move the app to the Applications Folder.

Yes, I did that and have gone through the Cricut process of installing/uninstalling Design Space as indicated in the article you shared...
