How to shut down my old phone it’s still getting notifications

I just got this phone and did the setup, my old phone is still getting my notifications

Notifications go to old phone I recently upgraded my iphone from the iphone XS Max to a iphone 13 pro. I turned on notifications for the majority of apps on for my new phone. For some reason I still do not get notifications for most of my apps. The notifications appear on my old phone even after it was powered off. Is there a way I could fix this?

iPhone notifications Hi I just updated to iOS 16 and have a brand new iPhone 14 and in doing so I no longer get notifications when my phone is locked. I looked up help online and the only thing that seemingly worked was resetting my phone but in less than 5 hours it’s already back to having the same issue. When will this be fixed? There’s no point to having a phone if I can’t communicate with it properly
