I tried signing out my Apple ID on my 14 pro max but it won’t let me but I decided to remove the 14 pro max on my iPad Pro from the list of device signed to my Apple ID …… I just did that so please what will happen to my 14 pro max , will it be logged out or I would have to sign out whenever I turned back my phone on ?

The first part of that paragraph tells you to do what you did by signing out so I am wondering why you say you couldn't sign out? Read this document Sign out of iCloud on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple TV, or Mac - Apple Support
