Change font in Mail
Since I updated to Mac OS Ventura 13.1 the font in Mail changed to Times.
Since then can I not change the font to Century Gothic tin Mail. I performed all the advices from the Forum, but to no avail

Which font are you trying to change. I have found some fonts can’t be used for the list or even message.
If you are trying to send a message with a different font, you must change to that font in the message.
The user can change the font from " Times " to a font that is available on the system
The user just needs to change it
As for " Century Gothic " , that has been covered by previous Contributor
