Hi everyone,
i have Windows 11 installed and everything worked fine.
But suddenly my icloud drive stopped working.
It says "initializing" but nothing is happening.
I have already tried uninstalling and installing it, with no effect.
It works fine on iphone and browser.

Had exactly the same issue. What helped was:
Works fine now.
Still? brand new Dell PC and cannot login to iCloud
Apple software doesn't even work on their own hardware, expecting this to ever be fixed is probably somewhat foolish.
As soon as I log out and log in again, all data from my PC that has not been uploaded is deleted...

well I'll be ****** that actually worked for me... moving the directory was the key I think.
Again I did EVERYTHING suggested in this thread.....I don't have to worry about it anymore, got an AMD Win11 PC and problem solved
Maybe you are on to something there - my Ms Surface Laptop 5 has an intel chip…. Interesting ..::
