Is there any settings on my Apple devices that will help get better Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi speed here is very slow.

WiFi throughput (speed) can be affected by many factors - most of which are beyond the ability of the device alone to resolve. You need to ensure that you have good signal strength - and that you are not near any potential sources of interference.
The speed of your connection to the internet is not just affected by the local WiFi signal, but is influenced by many factors including the speed of the internet connection itself - and the number of devices sharing the capacity of your WiFi network and the internet link to which the WiFi network is connected.
Unless you own the WiFi Router or network Access Points, to which you are connecting, you may not have much control over the network itself.
