Can’t send text attachments to Samsung phone

I am not able to send attachments to a non-apple phone (Samsung), was able to before I upgraded from the XR to iPhone 14. I restarted my phone twice which did not fix the issue

You need MMS enabled by your Carrier for the SIM that you use and then enable it in your Settings. See the Pic below

Settings->Messages->scroll down to Send as SMS and make sure it turned on. Also make sure MMS messaging and Group messaging is turned on.
