Printing from ipad

Just recently printing from my iPad is a problem. When. I try to print my bank statement I get headers only, no content.

Thanks for your help. I contacted canon Canada. An online chat technician assisted me and came to a quick conclusion after I explained my problem. I checked the nozzle pattern which was not printing correctly. He explained my print head was not working and. I need a new printer. I was happy to get a solution and know the problem was not my ipad

Let's team up to get your iPad printing as expected. We'd like to begin with ruling out some possible causes, along with confirming more details to better understand the issue:

When did this start?
Does this only occur with those bank statements, or do other things you want to print have a similar issue?
Sometimes unexpected behavior can be resolved with a restart: Restart your iPad
If you have a compatible iPad model, the latest version is iPadOS 16.2. You can verify this within Settings > General > About. In case you needed it, this link shows how to first back up, then Update your iPhone or iPad.
Have you been able to test for the same issue while your iPad is connected with a different printer?
What about reaching out to the printer manufacturer to make sure the printer is running the latest firmware(software for the printer)?

If you are unable to update the firmware for your printer, you'll want to contact the printer manufacturer directly for help with their product.

The problem started in December. No problems previously. Many internet sites won’t print properly e.g. Air Canada, emails and others. Tried another printer but wouldn’t print bank statement either.Have restarted both iPad and printer. iPad is updated. When I checked printer software it won’t let me update firmware. Error message - cannot connect to server.

I need to know if the problem is my iPad or my printer. Knowledgeable friends can’t help me.
