When I try to upload pics to Shutterfly from my Mac using Shutterfly Mac Photos extension, I get an error message saying I've entered the wrong username/password for Shutterfly. It doesn't appear to be a Shutterfly problem, because I can log in to Shutterfly using the same username/password combo.

Try testing the issue inside a new user account on your Mac. This will help isolate the issue further to either your user or system-wide. Here's how to Add a user or group on Mac.
If you see the same error message inside the new user, contact Shutterfly.
If it isn't present and you are able to successfully upload a photo, contact Apple Support for a deeper dive.
