I get no predictive or spell check for Facebook on my new iPad Pro 2022. It appears in other apps but not the FB app. Is there a fix or somewhere I can turn it on? Perhaps this is a FB issue and not an Apple issue. Can you please point me in the right direction?

I don’t personally use the Facebook app. But I predict you would not have this issue if you use Safari to access Facebook at http://www.facebook.com.
If this is correct, the issue does sound like it’s with the Facebook app.
So do I. It works just fine for me. (iPad Pro 11” 4th Generation, iPadOS 16.2). Note you said “FB app” in your original post, but then said you use Safari in your most recent. If you use both, please clarify. I’ve shown Safari access.
