Mac screen won't turn on after it goes to sleep/after some time.
Problem:
My mac sometimes won't wake up. Most of the time, it's when I try to use my mac for the first time of the day - I open and my mac just won't turn on. I always have to (hard) reset the mac. I've had occasions when I close my mac and try to open it 2 minutes later and I will have to reset it again. It occurs I'd say at least every second day.
Insight:
- I've checked the console for crashes, but it doesn't seem to be the issue. No crash history and the problem still occurs.
- I've done a factory reset twice. Recovered using time machine and without.
- I had this one instance - I was preparing for a virtual interview and had my headphones connected. When you have self-hearing on, you can hear a static for feedback. I could hear my headphones connected still connected to the zoom room but my screen would not turn on.
