Hi, I don’t know how to download apps in my iphone 13. It is quite different from the other iphones. It directs you to slide the button or double tap but it won’t proceed. As shown in the attachement file. Please help me with this. Thank you
You must press 2 quick times on the Power Button, just as it is indicated on the page. When you tap twice, FaceID will scan your face and the app will be approved for download.
If nothing happens when you press twice. Then close the app and start again
