my series 3 apple watch has stopped mid update, i haven’t used it in a while but it won’t open with my phone and my phone will not pair with it

We noticed in your screenshot that your iPhone is in Low Power Mode. We recommend disabling this while you're attempting to pair and update your watch as this can cause some features to take longer to update or complete. Use Low Power Mode to save battery life on your iPhone or iPad provides this information and more.

"To turn Low Power Mode on or off, go to Settings > Battery."

If you continue to experience issues, Update your Apple Watch has some additional steps that can help resolve issues with updating.

Next, check these things:

1. Make sure that your iPhone is updated to the latest version of iOS.
2. Make sure that your Apple Watch is at least 50 percent charged.
3. Make sure that your iPhone is connected to Wi-Fi."
