I just got a new Apple Watch and it’s not connecting I’ve reset it I factory reset it I’ve turned my phone off I turned my phone back on and it still won’t connect it says it needs an update but I tried to update it and it goes to the aluminium case on the Apple Watch Can someone help me out this is really annoying me

I have the iPhone 13 it’s up-to-date
It’s an Apple Watch Series 4 I don’t know what oh yes because I can’t even seem to get into it I’ve literally tried everything nothing is working it won’t connect to anyone’s phone it just comes up with the aluminium case And I’m pretty sure it has been since I got off of Dick Smith
