Iphone not showing up as a data source in active energy

My iPhone is not showing up as a data source in ‘active energy’. How do I get it included so it can be a source of ‘active energy’?

iPhone 7, iOS 11

Hello Nsm07,

Manage Health data on your iPhone, iPod touch, or Apple Watch provides more information about what data sources will appear for each category. As mentioned under the "View your data sources" section "Only the sources that contribute to that data type will appear. "

You'll need an app on your iPhone that would track "Active Energy."

Appreciate the response but doesn't seem to be the case. My daughter doesnt have an app on her phone and she gets 'active energy' with her steps. I *think* it has something to do with ios 16 rollout but not sure what setting is the key to getting the iphone under the data sources. Half the people I know have it and half dont.
