Can I rearrange the icons at the top right of the MacOS screen?

At the top right of the MacOS screen (Ventura 13.1) are a number of icons. Is there a way to rearrange them? A long out-of-date (7 years old IIRC) post said to hold down the Command key and drag and drop the icon. But this does not work for me. (Maybe because that was for an ancient OS version.)

Not a big deal, but I'd like to have the time as the left-most item where it would be easier for me to see it.

The Command key is what I tried first. I tried the others just to see if that would do it. The date and time are the right-most item at the upper right of the screen. I'd like to move the date and time to be the left-most item in the list.

It turns out that I can move the ones I don't care about, but I cannot move the date and time. I guess that's what you meant by being able to move most of them.

Running Ventura 13.1 on a new 24" iMac.
