Someone else is in my iPhone when I hit find my phone it’s bringing up a MAC and they changed my password so can anyone tell me what to do to reset my account?

I’m trying to keep this hacker out of my phone and somehow he keeps getting to me and finding me. I had to call the Federal Trade Commission about him stealing my identity and all my google accounts and he will not stop.
That is my phone but I use no other phones nor do I share my location with anyone
