Can I get my iPhone 11 Pro speaker replaced without changing the screen?
Is there a chance that speaker can be changed alone or it's attached with screen?

As mentioned on the page "We'll inspect your product when we receive it. If additional damage is found, you could pay an additional fee." If there is screen damage it will need to be addressed in addition to the repair of your speaker.
