Cannot purchase!

I cannot purchase using my Apple Pay (not)card and it has $30. On it and I only use it for my Coin Master game

Do you mean you have $30 on your Apple ID balance?

1 See -> Check your Apple ID balance

2 See -> Add a payment method to your Apple ID

if you want to use your Apple ID balance, you need to set your Apple ID balance as your default payment.
