Sending me to a Manage Payment screen

Everytime when I try to download discord, it keeps telling me to manage my payments. I got rid of my card so I’m using my Apple ID, and when I click done it just loads and says done again. I cannot make any payments at all?? Can someone help

i cannot add my payment method. Red message pops up saying there is an issue with my payment method. I cannot add a payment method. A red alert pops up stating, "There is an issue with your payment method. Update your payment information to correct the problem and try again". I did all that and the card has plenty of money. I do have an outstanding Roblox bill, but no clue how to pay it since i cannot add my payment method. Ugh!
