I cannot add a payment method. A red alert pops up stating, "There is an issue with your payment method. Update your payment information to correct the problem and try again". I did all that and the card has plenty of money. I do have an outstanding Roblox bill, but no clue how to pay it since i cannot add my payment method. Ugh!

A. If Declined: If your Payment Method is Declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
No Success?
B. For Financial Assistance, Contact Apple Store Support. You need to contact Apple Support Directly. This is a User-to-User forum. We are all volunteers.
